Join us in the beautiful warmth of Southern Portugal, where we will hold space for you to decompress, destress, and reset.
This five-night retreat is held in the gorgeous Casa Meranka, a short walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. You will have your own little cottage or shared room for this intimate and restorative retreat.
This is an opportunity to take time for yourself away from the grind, deepen your yoga practice, and immerse yourself in nature, far from the noise and stress of daily life.

Meet Becca & Antonia
We are experienced practitioners offering you a space to learn powerful Yoga practices that have transformed our lives and those of our students.
Becca offers Dynamic, Yin and Hatha Yoga practices that are inspired by her studies in Indian, Japanese, and Chinese traditions as well as in-depth knowledge of functional movement and anatomy from her wealth of experience in bodywork. Her guidance is clear, detailed and welcoming to all levels of experience.
Antonia is a highly skilled Breathwork facilitator using the Conscious Connected Breath method. Her intuitive, hands-on guidance invites the possibility to release and transform strong emotional blockages. Her sessions can lead to a feeling of great relief and self-empowerment.
Our skilled and sensitive approach to transformative practice is fun, accessible and flexible. This retreat offers you guidance on how to practically apply Yoga practice into your daily life.

Accomodation
Nestled amongst the charming village of Figueira, just a 15 minute beautiful winding walk from one of the areas most stunning beaches the oasis that is Casa Meranka sits gracefully.
Within the pink walls, there are four charming cottages and one larger house, ideal for friends and families, all surrounded with luscious, green courtyards. Discover cosy, characterful lounge areas, two large bbq spots to cook locally sourced and grown food from the market and your own outside dining area.
Spend your free time exploring the expansive coastline and afternoons relaxing in the Algarvian sunshine with regular cooling dips in our six meter fresh water pool.

Cost
The price of the retreat includes accommodation, food (big brunch and dinner), all classes and free activities. Transport is not included.

To secure your place, we ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit, and full payment is due 1 month before the retreat.
